Lawn Installation
North Point Outdoors offers Hydroseeding, Topdressing, Sod, and Dry Seeding for lawn installations. Every lawn installation is unique we will work to find which method works best for your particular installation. The foundation of a high quality lawn is a pH-balanced, organic, well draining loam. We truck in loam and spread it with our tracked skid steer loaders before mechanically and hand raking the surface to a smooth surface.
Our experienced NH landscapers take great care in determining the grading, material depth and existing conditions to ensure the grass has the best opportunity to flourish. We recommend our irrigation installation services to install a new automatic sprinkler system or modify the existing system at the time of a new lawn installation. Combined with our fertilization program we are able to guarantee the best possible results.
