Step 1 - Consultation

Intake

Initial phone call or meeting to discuss your project to determine if it requires design services or simply a free estimate.

If Design Services are Not Required

Schedule on site free estimate and move to step 2.

Design Services Required

When your project requires design services a design service proposal will be sent to you to out line the type of design products offered and their associated flat rate pricing. All design services will be credited back 50% of the estimate value if you choose to use us to install your project.

Step 2 - Survey & Measurements

We visit your property to discuss your project wants and wishes. We need to learn how you intend to use your new space and what ;amenities and functionalities are desired. We survey and take measurements to prepare your landscape design plans. This process allows us to be as accurate as possible when calculating materials and scale.

Step 3 - Initial Designs

We present the first draft of your design and take your feed back.

Step 4 - Revisions & Project Pricing

After receiving initial design feedback, plan revisions will be made and a final design draft created.

With your approval of the final design, we provide you with a project proposal. Upon your acceptance, the remaining 50% of the design fees will be waived.

Step 5 - Installation

Estimate Acceptance

After project estimate approval, we will take an initial deposit to be placed on our waiting list. We provide you with a project time line and estimated start date.

Scheduling

Projects are scheduled in the order they are approved by the client and run on a "first come, first serve" basis. On the start date of your project, the next payment in the payment schedule will be due.

Installation

We understand that having work done at your property can sometimes be overwhelming. We strive to be efficient, respectful, and clean while providing you with a beautiful landscape installation. You're sales person transitions to your project manger to allow for seamless project production and communication.

Step 6 - Project Close Out

A final walk through will take place with your project manager to review the finished product and provide any needed instructions of use and answer additional questions. Your final invoice will follow and payment will be taken.
