Tuscan Village - Snow & Ice Manangement

Located in Salem, NH, Tuscan Village has been a transformational project for the region and a cornerstone partnership for North Point Outdoors. Since the project began in 2011, our team has installed and expanded the irrigation systems across the development, supporting its growth phase by phase.

Over the years, we have also aided in large scale landscape installations, managed turf care for the past six years, and now proudly maintain the overall landscape presentation. In addition, our team oversees holiday décor installations and provides comprehensive snow and ice management services.

From ground up development to ongoing full service property care, we are proud to have grown alongside Tuscan Village and to continue supporting one of the most visible and impactful mixed use destinations in New Hampshire.
