Located in Salem, NH, Tuscan Village has been a transformational project for the region and a cornerstone partnership for North Point Outdoors. Since the project began in 2011, our team has installed and expanded the irrigation systems across the development, supporting its growth phase by phase.

Over the years, we have also aided in large scale landscape installations, managed turf care for the past six years, and now proudly maintain the overall landscape presentation. In addition, our team oversees holiday décor installations and provides comprehensive snow and ice management services.

From ground up development to ongoing full service property care, we are proud to have grown alongside Tuscan Village and to continue supporting one of the most visible and impactful mixed use destinations in New Hampshire.

Caro - Salem NH

Caro is a garden style condo community located within the live here, play here environment of Tuscan Village in Salem, NH. The property blends residential comfort with walkable access to retail, dining, and recreation, creating a unique lifestyle experience for residents. Since 2023, North Point Outdoors has proudly provided full landscape maintenance along with snow and ice management services, helping ensure the community remains safe, polished, and well maintained in every season. Located within Tuscan Village in Salem, NH, Corsa is a garden style condo community that brings together neighborhood charm and the energy of a vibrant mixed-use destination. Since 2021, North Point Outdoors has partnered with the association to deliver dependable landscape maintenance and proactive snow and ice management. With an active resident base and high visibility surroundings, our focus is on consistency, safety, and elevating the overall presentation of the property in every season.

Our partnership with Cafua Management Company, the largest Dunkin' franchisee in the region, is built on scale, consistency, and performance. Supporting more than 100 locations across New Hampshire since 2021, our team understands that when America runs on Dunkin’, reliability is not optional. The Fairways - Derry NH

Located in Derry, NH, The Fairways represents persistence, relationship building, and long-term partnership. Co-founder Andrew Pelkey consistently called and personally walked into the onsite property management office for five years before earning the opportunity to provide snow and ice management services. In 2015, we were awarded the contract, and 11 years later the relationship continues to thrive. That consistency speaks to trust, performance, and our shared commitment to keeping the property safe, accessible, and professionally maintained season after season.
