Located in Derry, NH, The Fairways represents persistence, relationship building, and long-term partnership. Co-founder Andrew Pelkey consistently called and personally walked into the onsite property management office for five years before earning the opportunity to provide snow and ice management services. In 2015, we were awarded the contract, and 11 years later the relationship continues to thrive.
