Our Values

Our roots started with founders who were one-man landscape and irrigation operations working for family, friends, and neighbors. As our business took hold, we became determined to develop a new direction in the landscape and snow industry.

The North Point Team
  1. Become fierce supporters and champions of our team members.

We put our people first, no questions asked. By understanding that happy team members translate into happy customers, we created a path where team members can make Landscape and Snow Management a viable career where they can easily support themselves and their families. We compensate our people with above industry average wages, profit sharing, exceptional health care, 401K, PTO, Full-Year employment and opportunity for personal growth and development in and out of our organization.

  2. Provide our teams with the best.

We provide our teams with the best in equipment, technology & operating software to increase their efficiency, effectiveness, and client communications.

  3. Empower our leaders to work where they are most effective.

Our leaders are most effective in the field, working beside our front-line crews and in front of our customers. We've found that by designing our Leadership roles, and deploying the landscape industry's finest operating software, our leaders can work just as effectively from their trucks as they can from their desks.

  4. Over deliver on our promises.

We meet and exceed our obligations. We self perform. In the rare event you see us fall short, we guarantee we are well-aware of the problem before you. Our team is already working the problem and generating the solution.

  5. Embody our Core Values in our actions.

Teamwork | Forward Thinking | Solution Driven | Integrity | Excellence

  6. We custom developed our CrewHero software.

To facilitate communication, coordination and a portal for front-line teams to see their daily crew assignments, process Time-Off, Repair Requests, Appreciation and more.

Employee Testimonials

Working for this company was the best decision I have made in my 28 years here on this planet. Being able to wake up and go to work with a smile, because in reality it's a group of friends who have the same passion about landscaping that you do, is the best feeling to have. Then realizing that Friday you get paid for the passion you enjoy doing.

I've been employed at North Point Outdoors for 9 years. In that time, I haven't just built a career, I've become part of a family. This is a company that respects and appreciates their employees. They take pride in the individuals they employ to create a higher standard of excellence. I'm proud to be a part of this and look forward to growing with North Point Outdoors

I've been in the Green Industry for over 10 years and in multiple states, North Point Outdoors is by far the most professional and highest quality company in the industry. They treat their employees with respect and they see us as people not just a work force.
